Since 1911 there is the "SAFRA" oil mill. It is a family-run business that goes from generation to generation. And right now it's a step ahead for the 4th generation. It started as a small olive oil mill in the area, with the machinery needed to produce olive oil. We have now refurbished the space and equipment with state-of-the-art machinery. As we have added benefits that we have been thinking about and have been wanting for years, we have now reached the point of realizing them.
These benefits are:
- An electronic chemistry where the acidity and hyperacidity of the olive oil is checked and where the producer receives the results of that control.
- Cold oiling or at whatever temperature the producer wants for the best quality of olive oil.
